OUR SOLUTION
Our solution is a portable sensor platform that brings lab-grade detection capabilities to the field. It uses engineered hydrogel microparticles to capture trace contaminants with picomolar (pM) range sensitivity, and employs a handheld device or smartphone to read results within minutes. This technology enables rapid, on-site screening of water and food for pesticides, hormones, and antibiotics, providing immediate, reliable data for decision-making.

THE CHALLENGE
Contamination of water and food by trace-level chemicals - e.g. pesticides, hormones, and antibiotic residues - has become a serious health and environmental concern. These micropollutants often evade detection due to their ultra-low concentrations. Traditional lab tests are slow, expensive, and require specialized equipment, leaving a critical need for rapid, portable, and ultra-sensitive detection in the field.
