OUR SOLUTION
Our cutting-edge solution leverages an electrochemical sensor principle in a transistor configuration, featuring a surface-only semiconductor (CNT) with exceptional gas sensitivity down to the molecular scale (ppb proven for H2). This capability enables AI-driven real-time analysis that is both precise and reliable. Our sensors stand out with superior sensitivity, speed, and fabrication up to CMOS compatible system on chip scenarios.

THE CHALLENGE
We harnesses highly integrated and miniaturized nanosensors for the multispectral gas analysis of VOCs and their real-time evaluation towards point-of-care diagnostics. The spectral analysis of exhaled breath will become increasingly crucial for real-time monitoring of health status, diagnosing chronic diseases, and tracking our metabolism. Crucial limiting exploitation hurdles such as cross-sensitivity, flexible integration and universal interfaces are addressed by our solution.
